Main Role-set building flats for a brick wall and Braces to support it

The flat was cladded using 6mm plywood which was glued using PVA and stapled to the frame
Frame of flats made from 3 inch x 1 inch softwood. The were built as Hollywood flats
The bricks were vacuum formed from High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) and stapled onto the top of the frame
The ribs of the frame had parts removed to hold the spine of the frame using a Mitre saw
Bending steel strips and drilling screw holes using a pillar drill to create holders for stage weights for the braces
The supports are made from 3 inch x 2 inch plywood
The triangular holders for the frame were made of 3mm plywood and cut on the band saw
The braces were connected to the flats using pin hinges

3 x1 softwod beams were attached across the top of the braces to ensure better support. Pin hinges attached them together
