Specialism-Bobsleigh Run
Personal project completed whilst on placement at Wild Creations in February 2023. A 1:100 scale creation of a Bobsleigh run and the surrounding area based on the track in Lillehammer, Norway. The main purpose was to create something using a variety of Computer aided design software and Computer aided machines.
Filament 3D printed bobsleds
Use a CNC Miller (Computer Numerical Control) Miller to cut out templates out of styrene which were used to mark out the forest areas
Parts of the process of programming and simulating the robotic arm to carve out the base of the sculpture out of polystyrene

Laser cut trees made out of mountboard been applied to the base. There were 2 designs made consisting of a 2D design and a slot together design.
Once finishes were applied, the base polystyrene was painted over with Epoxy Resin to reinforce it down
